At We Sell Music Books by Hamcor, we want you to be completely satisfied with every
purchase. However, we understand there may be occasions when you need to return
an item. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our returns process.

Changed your mind?
No longer need the item? Don’t like it? No problem!
You can return items to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.
However, the following conditions apply:
- Items containing CDs or DVDs: Discs must remain unused and sealed.
- Items with download cards or codes: The code or card must be unused.
For returns due to change of mind, you are responsible for the return postage and packing costs.

If you receive a faulty item or an item supplied in error, we’re here to help! We will:
- Replace the item as soon as possible.
- Cover the return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:
- Request a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN): Contact us at wesellmusicbooks@hamcor.com to obtain your RAN.
- Follow the return instructions: We will provide detailed instructions, including the address to send your return.
Important: Items returned without a RAN may not be accepted.

- Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your item. This applies to most items, but with the following exceptions:
- CDs or DVDs: Cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
- Digital downloads: Cannot be returned if the download card or code has been used or accessed.
Refund Conditions:
- You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is returned in its original, unused condition.
- Outgoing expedited shipping costs (if selected) are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the return postage costs unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.
For your protection, we recommend using a recorded or signed-for delivery service
when returning items.
